Spring rates vary but they will physically fit the frame.
69 Camaro Front Springs: Same as 68-74 Nova??
I know a lot of parts are interchangeable between 67-69 camaro/firebird and 68-74 Nova/Acadian... But does Anyone know if the front springs are the same part?

I wonder what the front end weight difference is between camaro vs nova? (To determine the difference in spring rate...)

It is probably real close, the difference will be in options and engines. If you are going to install used springs it will be a gamble on the amount of life they may have left. If using new springs weigh the front of the car and buy a pair designed for that front end weight.
