Yes, they came on the '67 SS and Nova models. The Chevy II 100 series cars had a different door panel.

hello there i was wondering if anyone had any info on the chevy 2 interior door emblem located on the white stripe of the door panel? did they come stock on 67 ss models? thanks

thanks for the quick response. do you happen to know the correct mounting procedure? should i use adhesive or push the prongs on the back of the emblem through the white stripe on the door panel?
If they have prongs on the back, I'd imagine they were pushed through the panel originally. You might also see if double sided tape would hold them.
