My Question is well, Im taking the heater assembly apart, I noticed that, there is some kind paste ( thats streched out thin ) between insecting metal pieces and than attached with 1/4" screws .....

Because it has a heater delete option with it ( if it was born with it or not, I dont know ), I still havent had the time to look over the car real good, looking for the build sheet ....

I dont know if it came with the car or not but if it didnt then he was converting it over with a heater ......

It had a complete heater system in a completely sparate box that came with the car .....

A factory heater delete was an option....RPO C48. Most every real heater delete 1st or 2nd generation car I've ever seen has had it coded on the cowl tag. On the ACC line look for an 'H' or 'C48'.

The stuff can be bought at an auto body supply house just ask for "DUM DUM" thats the slang trade name for the stuff,it comes in about 1/4 round strips.
