I finally have the opportunity to move forward in my project , time and money .
My vision :
AME 2x4 frame ( max g )
Ford 9" - 370 gears
18x8 (225/40r18) , 20x10 ( 295/40r20)
7" /8" frame clearance

Body channeled Over 2x4 frame
Drip rails removed
Flush mounted windshield and back window ( help )
Smooth firewall with subtle bead rolling
Custom transmission tunnel
Custom floor pans
Looking at a tilt front end , if it can be stealth (help )
Looking for billet pieces
Drivetrain will be 2006 ls2/6mn, found one with less than 20k on it
I'm just finalizing the frame order with Morrison engineers , if ANYBODY has done this , I'd really like to chat with you about .
If any of you enthusiasts have any ideas or comments , I welcome them all
Thank you , in advance ...

frame

There is a fellow in Edmonton building a 55 Bel Air with an Art Morrison frame, he is around the $300 K so far... Go to Barrett Jackson and buy a finished product.

I have fabricated headers and exhaust on a couple of Art Morrison chassis cars. One area I think you may run into some challenges is the size (2x4") of the chassis vs the shape of the floor pan in the Chevy II. They are a very well built chassis, but are also physically huge. I can see some heavy floor pan fab work required to have the body sit down over the chassis correctly. As mentioned above, definitely not an inexpensive route to take.

Have you looked in to the Schwartz G machine chassis. They have a direct bolt in chassis for the 62-67 and or you can cut the floor to lower the body down a bit. Many options. And prob worth the same as art Morrison.
