Other than the front fenders, is there any other body differences, such as rear quarter panels between the 66 and 67 nova. Can a 67 front end be swapped for a 66. Whats the difference between a nova and chevy 2. New to this site and have already gained a wealth of info. THANKS

Yes a 67 front will fit on a 66 as an assembly.the 400 series was the strippy version.there are minor differences between 6-7's different dash pad, dual master cylinder, collapsable column, some interior trim.

66 and 67 share the same body. The doors are different on the inside because of the inside handle mechanism. The fenders are different because of the headlight bezel design.

All of the sheet metal parts will interchange though.

A Nova is a Chevy II. there were just different models. Chevy II was the cheaper version which would be a Sedan 4-door or 2-door, or a station wagon. A Nova would be a 2-door Hardtop, a 4-door sedan or a wagon. SS's were hardtops only. In 66 the SS's did'nt say Nova anywhere on them. In 67 they were Nova SS.

hope that make sense. There is a lot of that type of discussion around the site. do a search for more explaination if you need.
