Have any of you guys tried welding the little bars on the grill back to the rest of the grill. Seems like everyone I see is broken at a few points.

I got pretty lucky with my grill...I used sheet metal pliers to straighen mine...You'd be better off removing the grill..and have someone spotweld or braze it. from the back side..I'm not sure exactly how you would weld stainless..but it would only make sense to do it from the back..that way you could touch it up with some sandpaper..or disc..

I think they are made from more of an aluminum instead of stainless.
