Well ..... who knows ?

by that, I mean ... as old as these Novas are .... If you did-not
install / change out your rear diff ...... then maybe - or - maybe not.

You can look here for some good info : but, still may not be correct , with-out going inside your rear (and pulling an axle).

Yes stock they are 28 Spline. I suggest a limited slip (posi) over a spool.
