My cars headlights were completely disassembled when I got the car. I have new plastic buckets, but can't figure out how all the parts go together, from the bucket to the bezel.
I'm having trouble with the search on here, so if anyone has pics of this step by step, or other info to help, I'm most appreciative.

You can start by putting the plastic buckets, know as mud buckets in behind the the front fender these are held on with sheet metal screws. Then once they are mounted, you can put your headlight in the round metal buckets, make sure you have the springs and headlight trim rings, thats what you take off when your headlight needs replaced. The springs hooks on the lower right make sure you have the metal bucket on the adjuster screws, which are a phillips screw before you attached the spring. Then finally put your eyebrow trim on with the sheet metal screws then you are done.

I have a similar question primarily related to the cheapo plastic buckets. I had to cut up the top portion and the outer edge to get them to fit in. Is that normal? also - my bolt holes don't line up with them. Anyone have any photos how they cobbled together the plastic buckets and got them attached?

I had no luck with them! you may want to start looking for a pair of steel ones

Thanks to all for the great guidance and pictures. After a lot of modifying, I got the plastic mud buckets installed and my light assembly done.

Great job, did you buy a rebuild kit? Or use older hardware?
