Are you referring to the smaller versions on the 64 Chevy II 100 Series cars, or the difference between pads on the front and rear doors of a 64 Nova?

I am interested in the answer too. I have a 100 and have the armrests but they are shot. may see what an upholsterer can do.

They can be reupholstered.

However, the same arm rests were common on the Corvair, and NOS ones show up often on Ebay.

The were also used on the Biscayne. The colors aren't an exact match to Chevy II colors but they can be repainted and redyed. It's usually the bases that are the hard pieces to find, so the NOS ones are great.
