63novass - 1963 'SINISTER SS'













Year: 1963

Model: Nova SS

Engine: 406 (block painted to match body)

Body/Exterior: Base/Clear - custom blue w/metal flake

Front End: Heidts

Transmission: 700R4 (painted body color)

Rear End: Narrowed 9" Posi 4:11 [mini tub]

Exhaust: S&S headers, Magnaflow mufflers, X pipe, Quick Time Performance Electric cut outs, Stainless

Wheels/Tires: 17" Eagle Alloy / Falken 225/45/17 - 255/45/17 (for now)

Interior: Custom w/ cage

Electrical: It's A SNAP.

Sound system: n/a

Additional Comments: Overdrive lockout (http://www.smokemup.com/tech/700r4.php), Line lock, 6 point cage w/swing outs, 5 point belts, TCI 4 link rear, fuel cell and battery in trunk.

Thanks. Yea, it is kinda crummy that it is away for the winter. But it gives me something to look forward to come spring. :devil:

1st run of motor [straight headers]


A walk around after motor break in. Lots of cleaning and finishing was done since. [late fall 2012]

do you have a closer picture of the rear end with the exhaust going over the 4 link?
