I measured this a long time ago and am going from fuzzy memory. Mine is a 67 but I'd think all 62-67s are the same.
I think it's 6:1 manual brakes and 4:1 power vacuum brakes. The factory moved the master cylinder/booster down to accomplish this compared to the manual master cylinder. Holes are there for both in the firewall and brake pedal arm.
Reason I did this was that when I got my car it had factory power brakes but the booster had a bad air valve. So I converted it to manual for a short time, then found a used factory booster that had a bad diaphragm. Cannabilized the two boosters to make one good one. This was 20 years ago and I couldn't find a new factory style booster or a place to rebuild one reasonably. Probably can now.
