When I first built the car years ago, I was talked into notching the frame with a torch to keep the fuel and brake lines away from the headers. I really didn't want to do it, but I didn't stand my ground and lost the fight. For years this decision drove me nuts. Fast forward 20 years and I got the last word. It's a great feeling knowing that I can handle this type of repair. I'm a complete amateur when it comes to this stuff, but I've found with a bit of patience and practice anything is possible.

I'm thrilled with the way it turned out. what do you think?

Awesome job bud.
Sometimes what we think we can\can't do and what we can actually do are two different animals.
