The cowl tag shows this as a Canadian 1962 Chevy II 300 Series 2 door sedan. However, the cowl tag indicates the model as 469, which would be 4 door sedan. The six cylinder 2 door should be model 411. Only 629 of these made in 1962. Notice the paint code was a letter, not a number as in the U.S. 'P' code is Twilight Blue Metallic. Trim code 749 is Aqua Satellite cloth. A very rare Canadian built '62 300 Series that appears to be a nice solid car.

Clean nova!!

Nice sedan!! put it back to stock ride height and paint the wheels body color, nice set of poverty caps and drive the wheels off of it. I am kind of partial to stock appearing cars. I like it!!

I don't know where they got the VIN for this car, but it bears no reference to a Canadian 1962 Chevy II. The VIN on this car would have started with 2411.

A little bit of history. The first Canadian Chevy II off the Oshawa, Ontario, assembly line was on August 29, 1961. It was a 300 series 4 cylinder 4 door sedan.
