Just curious as to what is the best 60' time out there on a foot brake car?

My 71 that I sold would do a 1.64-1.65 on motor leaving at a dead idle and pegging it.

I am guessing the best one might be 1.55-1.60 on foot brake(all motor)? Doesn't have to be your car, just wondering what is the best 60' of any car on footbrake?

My 64 does 1.46 off idle, all motor on a 235 MT radial. There is deffinitly better than that out there too.

When I was allowed to race in Pro with our dragster, my best was 1.174. That's not the answer you wanted, but I answered your question. lol dave

Top Fuel leaves off a hand brake does that count? Aren't they in the .800 slot or so?

Only been able to make a few passes with the car on radials, but have went a 1.36 on the back tires. I Imagine its a 1.30 with the front?

My current car runs 7.0-7.1x's in the 1/8th. 60's are usually around 1.55-1.57. This is on a 28x9 slick. Been 1.53 on a 235/60/15 DR.

Have been as fast as 1.29 60' in the 1/8th running high 5.80's in the 1/8th.
