355 swap

I have a '76 Concours with a 305. I've just about finished the 355 and all I need is a water pump. Do I need a short or long pump for a smooth swap?

Long pump will make it smooth like liquid velvet!

Thank ya much! Any recommendations? I Should be around 350 hp and 400 tq.
