I have a chevy 262 V8 motor and I'm looking at getting a new intake manifold, valve covers and carburetor.

I was wondering if the 350 parts would fit the 262. I recently got an new exhaust and the exhaust manifold seemed to fit up perfectly.

However I was wondering if I wouldn't have any problems with putting the new stuff on before I purchase it and get to taking the distributor out.

Just make sure you are not mixing Vortec intake and old style heads.

First off. I love you guys. =-D

I'm getting a vintage mint condition Scorpion Intake Manifold 4 barrel, Edelbrock 600 cfm carb and some chrome valve covers.

I didn't see any issues with any of it, just placing it all is going to be fun.
