Lots of corners cut here and incorrect stuff, but still a very nice car. It was a factory V/8, probably a 283 with 3 on the tree. Would have been nice if it had a Chevy II L79 engine instead of a Chevelle, but it's not professing to be real.

Fun car! With so few original L-79s being driven for fun, it will likely take a clone for someone to enjoy one. I like the approach, and even though perfection wasn't the goal, creating a fun, good looking original-based Chevy II with L-79 gear will offer a lot more fun than most trailer queens. Wonder what it will fetch, but regardless of the sale price, that would gather a crowd at the donut car show for sure and be pretty damned quick, too.
