Hi Guys

It all depends how badly worn your hinges are, and you wont know until they are off if you can rebuild or not, easier to buy some repro ones, saves all the hassle.

I put a repo one lower driver side wow what a difference. A somewhat simple task since I have the fenders off. I had to make a new tool a piece of 1/2 hex bar and a #4 Phillips screwdriver, well just the tip.


It’s ugly but it worked

New Hinges

Yes putting new door hinges on makes a huge difference, my doors are rock solid just like when it was a new car!!
