Just about ready to roll out my old clip and start my "budget" MII build.
I think I read in the chris alston instructions online to place a 5th jackstand under the far rear of the car to prevent it from tipping up. Better safe than sorry; I can borrow another stand from a friend .... just wondering if any of you have done this as well and feel it is necessary.

It wasn't done on mine. In fact I've stood in the trunk with the front clip off. The clip is currently off rolling around with dollies on the front. I think if you have a wagon you have more to worry about. But I guess better safe than sorry.

I guess I'm living dangerously. Now the real work begins cleaning, repairing and painting the firewall/cowl area.
