i have had my nova for acouple years and i'll never get rid of it. But i really like the look of the 70-72 more as compared to the 73 and 74's. Is there a way that i can fit a 72 grille and bumpers on a 73 and pass it off as a 71 or 72 without replacing a whole front clip???

or am i just crazy??

Many of the 73-74 parts are the same and it can be done without changing the whole clip, but it's way easier.

the front area where the molding is is different. On my '74 im in the process of the conversion and I picked up a 68-72 fiberglass hood cheap off a buddy.

I am no expert but to complete your mission I believe you need the following...
68 to 72 parts.... hood, eyebrow mouldings, headlight bezels, hood latch and support, grille and grille brackets, bumper and filler panel between bumper and grille(both the plastic and metal one) and some work on your front harness for the blinkers and stuff , I am sorry if I left something out,if so I am sure one of the experts here will catch it!
good luck!

thanks guys.
i'm tempted to just leave it alone so i don't mess anything up and start looking for a shoebox.
