debating on running the Calvert split mono leaf spring kit with the Caltracs. my question is what is the biggest wheel tire combo i can run and how short do i cut the housing down and are the off set shackles worth it or just relocate the shocks inward and call it a day. my car is mini tubbed. 5.3 ls single turbo street/strip build hp goal is 650-700 to start then going up from there once everything is dialed in. i pulled the old suspension out and the guy i got it from really couldn't tell me much about it definitely isn't the stock rear end. never really dove into a complete rear end swap with the suspension also. probably a post somewhere out there just couldn't really find what i was looking for hence why im posting on here. any info is greatly appreciated.
