The previous owner I bought the car from decided to take out the compressor and a fair amount of hoses for the factory Ac setup, because he wanted to "modernize" it:mad: after everything being exposed for so long I'm not sure what to do I've heard a few different things but since I am looking for the cheapest solution without ruining the car. I've heard the best possible solution would to re-attach everything and adapt the compressor to the new freon have everything vacuumed out and it should work....any help advice comments would be greatly appreciated!

When the system has been opened best to replace orifice tube, accumulator or drier, replace oil in compressor, all orings, and vacuum the system.
