….new V/8 drivetrain (originally a six), new black paint (originally Granada Gold), new lower rear quarters, new floor pans, new bumpers, after market radio and gauges, removed SS side trim. 'So rare and low mileage you might not want to drive it', says the seller.
First of all, there is very little that is 'original' about this car except, perhaps, the interior. Second, why does a car with less than 15K that was stored in a garage for 50 years (only driven for 2 years?) need new floor pans, lower rear quarters and new bumpers. No mention about the missing SS side trim. The seller says there is documentation to prove the mileage. This is a no reserve auction.
What do you think this car's story is over the past 52 years?
