unequal ride height

My 65 has an odd problem I have been trying to figure out. The rear passenger side at the rear corner is about an inch lower than the driver side. I have installed new matching springs (both sides went up an inch), new shocks, and I have had fresh tires which i checked, they match. The wheels...
