    I got my car back from having the engine compartment painted on Saturday. It looks about a hundred times better than it did and I am really quite happy with it.     Hi all, Is there any way to tell if the alternator and starter are original to the car? I have a 63 that has 63,000 original miles so there is a good chance these parts were never replaced. I am doing a rebuild and picked up new ones to put in but am hesitant to get rid of the old just yet...
