Can anyone provide me measurements for the original bolts that come out of the firewall for the master cylinder. My firewall was shot and I am doing a flat 16 gauge firewall but would like to use the original pedal assembly and get it as close to the original location as possible.

I swapped in a v8 into my 1963. I did not mod the firewall to allow wiggle room for the distributor cap, so it is a tight fit. I am looking for any tips for creating room for the cap. I would like to not beat the firewall. I am open to pulling the cap, cutting the wall, and welding back in a...

73 Nova, 2 door, 350/TH350 with factory A/C A few months ago I spun a bearing and pulled my engine. While trying to decide what to do about the engine I figured I should at least get the engine bay looking good and have it ready for an engine. The car originally had A/C but the previous owner...

I'm looking for some advice from others who have had the problem of interior heat. I've been feeling like I'm in an oven when driving my 73 in Texas, especially during rush hour traffic. At first I though the heater was somehow on heating up my car but come to find out the heat is coming from...

I noticed very tight tolerance for an HEI against the firewall on my '72 with original 350. Any suggestions on how to overcome this? Thanks!

When I tore out the carpet an stripped the floor I noticed that the frame rails that are attached to the firewall and front floor pan were replaced...

I am in need of a firewall for a 65 Nova, 2 door, non-SS car, inline 6. Other than Chevy2, does anybody know where a reproduction can be found? I appreciate it.

I am going to put a 327 with a HEI distributor into a 71 nova, I have been told I have to massage the firewall back 1/2 in to an inch, I have body hammers, dollys, and a porta power for the job, what I don’t know is where to massage it, some say the crease above the tranny housing others say the...

I'd like to hear from anyone that's installed a set of firewall to frame braces on their '68-'72. I believe the Camaro guys call these "firewall G-braces". The new bb motor had about 3/4" vertical movement. (When putting the car on a lift, it was first noticed.) I have a tight fit of the...
