engine pickling

Hello everyone, I have just finished tearing my 74 down to do a back half and new front clip. My question of the minute is, how do I prepare my old engine for a long, long winters nap? It is a great engine, just not big enough. I plan on keeping it for a future project. Maybe 3 -4 years...
