History
Me and my fathe bought it as a cheaper car that we could go racing with. We knew it had an oil leak when we bought it but didn't know that it was as bad as it was. They front main bearing on the the 406 we bought it with had backed out of the block and had been rubbing up against the crank sprocket. We bought a new 406 short block and grafted the entire top end off the old motor onto the new one. We're currently rebuilding the old 406 with an Eagle crank and rods, Keith Black Pistons, Dart aluminum heads, and a dart single plane intake. Cam and Carb have yet to be decided.
