My Sister bought the long roof in 1996. A few years later she did a quick I day paint job added a 350/350 combo. I was 15 years old and in love with it. By the time I was 18 I had taken out a loan and was determined to buy her car. I offered her $10,000. She said hell no you twerp, you will NEVER get my car not in a million years or with a million bucks.When i was 20ish she let my Dad drive the car, he thought she gave him the car, we put a 383/ t400 combo in it. Turns out she said he could drive it for life but car was always gonna be in her name.
Fast forward 2016 I'm 32 years old my sister is upset my Dad let the wagon get so beat up. He used it as his daily driver for last 12 years a work truck. I've literally seen him cut 2x4s on the fender.
Well here we go, another shot at it.
I tell my sister , pops cant afford to make it look good, and he needs a truck. I'm grown with a house and wife now , not that little punk brother, I'll sign over my truck to pops if you sign over the wagon and I will get her shiny again. She reluctantly did it.
