Bought this car and hauled it home. Took it and trailer back to U-Haul to return the trailer and had the Ms. follow me home. Once on the feeder road I figured I'd run it up through the gears, one of the reasons I bought it right. Anyway I let off of it and rolled up to the stop light, looked in the rear view and saw steam pouring out of the back. Limp it on home and long story short I bought a 71 with a 383 that promptly cracked the no. 5 cylinder wall. Now I've got a new engine on the way and yes I called the previous owner and while he was truly sorry, he wasn't so sorry to kick back any help on replacing a motor that blew less than 24 hours after selling it. So one day I'll know what it's like to drive this car. Can't even do a mid life crisis right dammit, my luck!
