I started this car about 7 years ago and switched from a 406" small block & 350 Turbo to a Dart block 540" Rat & a 'Glide !! then the fun started.... Due to the motor producing over 700 hp on pump gas I ended up doing a LOT of chassis work ! Another project "out of control".......!

540" DART iron block, "pump gas" motor, RHS 320 Aluminum heads, Dart Aluminum single plane intake, A.E.D. 4150 mech. secondary d.p. carb., Comp- Cams solid roller cam (.714 lift), J&E 9.6:1 pistons, K-1 H-beam rods, K-1 4340 crank. 700+ horse on the Dyno......
TRANS; TCI Power Glide, 180 Gear set, Deadenbear case, TCI converter w/ Anti-Ballooning plate.

UPDATE;
In 2018 I re-did the interior with the stock vinyl seat covers and door panels. I had the center of the front notched back a bit to enable me to move my shifter up and back so I could 'comfortably' reach it while strapped in...big difference !

Bench seat, Floor mounted Hurst Quarter Stick shifter, Auto Meter gauges / speedometer, 10 pt. chrome molly cage with swing-outs, 5 point Stroud harnesses.....

'Mitsubishi' Dark Green paint with ghosted in 'Hugger Stripes', Factory tinted glass, Glasstek hinged cowl hood.....

AM/FM Stereo... (for what it's worth) ! ! The stereo is kind of 'useless' with 3 1/2" exhaust.... LOL.

QA-1 coil-over shocks on all four corners, Strange 9 inch ford rear end narrowed 3" and braced, Mini Tubbed (looks stock), Ladder Bar rear suspension, Front & (Strange) Rear disc brakes. Frame tied.

Weld Drag Lite wheels, Front 15x4" with 26x7.50 MT Sportsman tires, and Rear 15x10" with P325x50 r15 MT 'ET Streets.'
'SPARE' tire; 28x11.5x15 MT 'ET DRAG.'
