Bought from the proverbial "little old lady" by the previous owner, who replaced the tired Sluggo Six with a 361 SBC, and made it a bracket car. Tiring of this, he brought it to my shop (Advanced Automotive), and we helped put it back on the street, replacing the 361 with a 439 BBC. I became the third owner of the car when the previous owner caught Corvette fever and traded me the Nova.
