Thank you msaul. Today was a fit test for the door panels ( attached a few new pics) and not much left for the rear seat mods. I took almost 4 years to get to this stage.

I saw the door panels today. Beautiful as is the rest of the car, which to me, is the benchmark of Novas.

This car sets a new high standard.
In honor of it I'm considering the removal of my inner door panels.
Well, like I said, I removed my passenger side door panel, but just to replace the scratched window glass, (not a fun job for me)
Next I will make the door's inner sheet metal all color matching.
One step at a time.
Your car remains the benchmark.

The plan was to create something that is different but not really visible so the widening is only visible from the direct front or the rear view. The body shop cut up the fenders also above the wheels to be able to lower it a little more but that is absolutely not visible.
I love the oldschool muscle cars and I did not want to alter a lot from the original look but wanted to make it more muscular and wanted to put 70-80s era feeling into the interior. This is where the tartan interior came from.
You have to see the car in the real life side by side with another Nova to see this is a different animal now 😁

Really love the hips on this car. It's hard to see them in a lot of angles, but views looking down the car really show them off!

Wow! The subtle originality of your car is fantastic. Wonderful concepts with amazing execution. It is difficult to rise above the norm, because it seems like everything has already been done. But you knocked this out of the park!

Thank you so much the kind words.
It is difficult to rise above the norm that is for sure especially nowadays when Sema is full of supercars that have budget from 250k + and uses talented interior and exterior car designers.
I can not compete with those ones. Those cars have tons of 3d designed and milled parts which are still super expensive here in Hungary as well.
I had many ideas but finally only few were done due to the high costs.
Originality was always high priority.
The only thing I would change now is the wheel to look more "stockish".
I am a big fan of stock steel wheel with poverty cap.
Right now not only Forgeline offer the aluminum version of those stock steel wheel in higher diameter but Billett Specialties also for much cheaper.
