Yea BUT! I think the sheet metal intake and the 2'' to a 2 1/8'' exhaust MIGHT be a dead give away of some funny business going on.

Tell em the intake is an experimental Hi Performance Hybrid and that the exhaust ports were hogged out a bit! Common Robert! Be a little . . . . . . ok, be a lot creative!

I will see if I can find the pics of a glide we twisted/shattered with a 327... in a 3000 lb car no less

Now the big block went 8.60 or so in our shoe box back in the 80's, all motor with a Nash five speed, but it was a parts breaker...

The small blocks ran in the nines and broke parts too...

Just got my 72' back on the road. It's got the stock 307 with a set of 882 heads, edelbrock performer intake, headers, and a 600 cfm edelbrock carb. They are not as big of turds as people make them out to be. Ls1 motors have small bores too. But when I get all the parts a 496 rat is going in. There is no replacement for displacement ya know.

Any engineers out there?
What I really want to do is something that would be a little different, anyone have any experience with a jet engine in a shoe box.........?

Can I get into the 3's ?

I can see it now, "The Supernova!"

Had a 454 bbc for a few years just sold that, now I went with a LS1. Nothing like opening the hood and seeing that big motor..

350 SBC with double hump heads. Hope to someday build a SBC 383 stroker with hp between 400 and 500 hp when some good funds start coming.
