Nope. It's a blank canvas. If your housings are in good shape, then you really don't need a most likely overpriced kit. About a 2" strip of sheet metal, some cutting tools, a welder, and your time is the investment. Maybe some filler and paint for finishing. If your housings are shot, they make a complete inner and outer assembly. You could get those and widen those. This is if you want to go the original look mini tub. Places such as Summit sell a generic tub for widening if you want to go that route. So does Chassisworks. I have several pictures on my link of how I did mine. It might help you reference things on an original style.

HaHaHa...I feel like an Egyptian Pharaoh...KING TUB Too funny. Thanks!

Rich_1028 You bet. I tried to post things I was looking for before I jumped into it, but couldn't find. Appreciate the look. Yes, come along way, but oh so long to go. I haven't had the chance to work on it since last May. Just too many things going on in town, and car is almost an hour drive one way to work on it. Throw in I am ready to start the rear suspension, needing about $7000 for it with the Shockwaves and Air controller system and there you go. I am anxious to get going on it again though. I miss the "release" of working on it.

Well then get your butt up here, and get workin' on mine.....Mr. King Tub!!!

I can say that pretty much everything I've learned about a minitub was from Brett's photo album and from chatting with him on the phone. Actually, it's because he said minitubbing is sooooo easy that I decided that I will be doing it to my car..... well see just how easy it is!!!

Because He, (oh that would be me) had outer housings that had lots of rot and previous patches from previous owner doing a quick fix. I bought after market replacements. I would have bought inners too, except they were not available when I did this. The complete inner and outer were not on the market then. In case you also wonder why I removed all the rear seat bracing, is because I slid those sections in as a unit,(adding a strip of metal to the top portion) as not to cut into the formed line of the section that attaches to the tub. You no longer have the same line if you just cut into that stamping area of the brace and move the housing in. I also moved my seat belt anchors from the floor to the lower mount for the back seat "bolts."

ORIGINAL (notice the wonderful twisted lower section of the brace, spot welded by factory)

True,John...but those Catepillar NOS wheel tubs for an EARTH MOVER like yours aren't always easy to come by

Didn't I also see your car listed on the Mitchell report for use of "Performance Enhancing Substances?"
