Front Bumper Filler Panel

I know I have read about this installation in the past ..but can not remember ...it's an age thing !
Do you have to remove the front bumper to install the filler panel ?

If I remember correctly, don't some bolts go through the front of the inner fenders too?

It was deffinetly way over engineered for what they do!

Something like 10 bolts and 11 screws just for the grill, never mind the bumper and bezels.

When I did mine, I spent the better part of a whole afternoon putting it on, and I still waited to put the bumper back on till the next day. I remember my old one was broken, so I just kind of ripped it out, then found all the bolts and screws by what was left behind.
