Cam and Heads choice for 355

I have a 355 in my nova currently, and looking through the receipts for the engine build from the previous owner, found:

355ci
Flat top pistons.

The engine currently has the stock camel hump heads and a VERY mild edelbrock tappet cam (210 duration I/E I believe). It also has a Edelbrock performer RPM intake.

I'm looking for some more power and looking into the Comp XE274H cam/lifters and some AFR 190cc heads.

Couple questions, should I get the heads assembled or bare? I know COMP sells their cams in a kit with the springs and retainers if I chose that route, or will the springs in the AFR heads be fine?

Also, i'd like to stick with 1.5 rocker arms, will my stock ones work well, or should I get some rollers?

Here is the specs of the cam you are looking at. (Which BTW, I have and its great!)

And as for the heads, AFR can handle .600 lift and come in 2 sizes, 65 or 75 CC. Plus they come in different flavors also,

If you are on a budjet and want to upgrade your stock ones, opt for the roller tiped ones. They will be fine on a mild engine. And if you want to go further, you could go with the complete roller rocker and save some valve friction. The choice is up to you. Hope this helps
