Crazyjake;

I have pieced buildsheets together before. Scan one piece at a time and email it to me.

What you have is

SEQ = Missing
Month = Missing
Date = Missing
Style = 11427 (2 Door Nova, Does not indicate engine size)
Plant = Should be WRN = Willow Run Fisher Body Assembly Plant
Body Number = 031447 (this should match the frewall trim tag (please post it) Note that there are plenty of cars that got the seats destined for another car)
Trim = 734 = Black Cloth Custom Bench Seats
Paint Upper = A = Tuxedo Black
Paint Lower = A = Tuxedo Black

Second Row includes the RPO numbers for the Fisher Body instaled options
1st Card 01 = Missing Usually glass codes is your glass tinted or clear?
1st Card 02 = Missing Usually glass codes is your glass tinted or clear?
1st Card 03 = Missing
1st Card 04 = ZJ1 = Custom interior package
1st Card 05 = ZJ2 = Custom exterior package

Third Row = 143874 Internal Workorder Indetification.
1st Card 16 = 143
1st Card 17 = 874

Fourth Row = 031263 Internal Workorder Identification.
2nd Card 04 = 0
2nd Card 05 = 312
2nd Card 06 = 63

The code from the Seat Cover decodes to:
11427 = 2 door Nova
734 = Trim code 734 Black Cloth Custom Bench Seats
W52 = Date Code (week 52? 12-23-1968?) What is on the firwall Trim tag?

The code from the Foam pad decodes to:
7728679 = GM Part number
71115 = Unknown
11-22-67 = Date Made. Week 47

Thanx Greg- Plant is WRN and the windows aren't tinted. Buildsheet matches cowl tag. Build date is 01C (January 3rd week I think) on cowl.
