What Happened to This Car?

First of all, this is a '63 not a '62. If the car was restored in 1988 and only driven once in 2002, how the heck did it get in this kind of shape? Needs a lot more than what he's listed.

Restored means a can of Restore engine additive was poured in.

Well, look at the neighborhood it's in....

Probably repainted in 1988, sat for 14 years outside. Drove down the driveway and back in 2002, and sat for another 11 years...

Maybe by restored he means RE-stored. As in taken out then put right back and left. That little car is whipped pretty good.

In 2002 the person that drove it actually stole it and took it to Mexico.

Maybe by restored they meant a fresh coat of wax!! The car was home to a family of mice all these years.
