For sale listings moved???

I had listings in the 1st & 2nd gen section that were moved and I am wondering why?

I just had a look for you Greg. The items you posted, are not 1st and 2nd Gen specific. Therefore, they were moved to the misc. Nova parts section. Much easier to keep things organized. Example, I don't have a 1st or 2nd Gen so I never go looking for parts there. In the Misc. area, you'll get more traffic to all Gens to pawn yer wares.

Hey Pat, this is nothing new. It's been done many times before and I actually sold an item and got more action in one section more than in the other.

There was another but that section was cut down and now it's gone.

Or report them. Ads that are reported will get immediate action, and the mods for the area will get a specific email report.

I wish this were the case. I've reported ads in the past for no prices and parts wanted in the cars wanted sections and it's hit & miss, mostly miss.

You may need to read the ad closer, because some that you report...do have prices. That is why they remain!

I see a price for the motor and transmission. In addition, the rules state the following if someone is going to part out a car:

Parting out your Car:
If you are advertising a car to part out and sell individual parts from the car, this can be done without a price or listing each item. However, doing so will assist a potential buyer if the information listed above is in your ad.

(because there is no sticking out tongue smiley)

I was unaware of the "parts car" law. But now I am!
