why is the mounting portion cut out. Are those the 2243's?

header fitment

i dont think the top uncoated header will fit a engine with a after market oil pan.Stock front sumps only.

THE PIPE WITH THE CUT OUT, IF YOU FOLLOW IT, IT TAKES A SERIOUS BEND ALMOST LIKE A V SHAPE! THAT'S TO AVOID THE STEERING BOX! THE ACTUAL CUTOUT ITSELF, I'M NOT SURE!
