The builders
have appraised this car at $37,000....after it's finished
. I've never heard of a car being given a finished appraisial value while it's still being built. They're going to have to do some magic to get this anywhere near $37K.

even if it was a full size nova, that is nothing close to $37k car. I honestly think these shorty novas are FUGLY.
