Question Header for '77

Does any know if there is a set of headers that are just bolt on and go no cutting or welding? Car is a 1977 nova base with 305 v-8. thanks for your help.

I used camaro long tube flowtech headers on my 77 nova with a 305. I think they where $90 new when I bought them from pep boys. They also fit great and had a good sound.

any header that will fit a 3rd gen Nova or 2nd gen Camaro should fit your 77. Most long tube headers will interfere with manual clutch linkage and some with column shift linkage.

All headers are going to need a little welding to hook into the exhaust system. There is no true bolt in on these cars like the newer stuff. I'm not sure if that's what you're asking.

thanks for the replies was wanting something to bolt straight to factory exhaust.
