Does anyone have any custom interior pictures for a 63 coupe? Im about ready to re-do my rear seat to match my new front buckets. I want to do a bucket style in the back and have a console running down the middle all the way from the front to the rear. I need idea's. i've seen several that I like on google search but I know that would cost a lot of money.
yes, I know I have the black cloth material from corbeau already. I was just giving an example of the style I would like. if there are other nova's out there on the cheaper side that looks similar I would like to see their pictures to get some ideas for the upholstery guy to show how I want it done.
A cool custom interior does not have to put you in the poor house. I purchased my front seats from Jet Trim, they are designed for off road use but are super light weight and look cool.
I had a local guy replicate the look of the front seats on the original rear seat frames.
My floors are raised and flat so I had my upholstery guy make several pieces and put a vinal edge on them to make them look simular to German cars and glue them down to my sound deading material.
As pretty as Shannons interiors are, I'm just not a big fan of that style interior. Always reminds me of a Boyd Coddington style interior in a '32. That's not to say that they're ugly by any means but I've seen it done in so many cars it just doesn't interest me anymore.
