manual to power steering

I have been searching for the past hour and can't find anything. I want to convert my manual steering to power steering on my 69. All i seem to find is to convert it to manual. i know summit sells the kit, but my question is what car can i take it off off and will work on mine. I found the s10 s will work from power to manual. please help thanks

You need a pump, brackets for the pump to match the style of water pump, maybe some pulleys, 2 hoses, a power steering gear and a steering coupler.

I do not think anyone makes a "kit" and if they did it would probably be full of parts that did not fit correctly. All the pieces could be purchased locally or from online restoration suppliers. If you have junk yards with older cars most of the parts from a 69-76 GM car with a Chevy small block would work.

I think its a different pittman arm and rag joint also in addition to the other stuff mentioned.

Both, pitman arm for power steering and a steering coupler for power steering. Both the input and output shafts are larger.
