I saw 2 SS grills sell on eBay for over $1000, a whole car for $6k may not be bad if it is a real SS and doesn't need rusted metal replaced. The front door window frames should be black and so should the tail light panel

Philip, I have yet to see in person or a reference to the tail panel being blacked out on the SS.

I did not know that, the 2 I have seen were 76 SS cars and both had the panel blacked out, but the owners stated it was that way when they bought it.
