Cowl Hood Photos

Does anyone have photos of cowl hoods installed on first gen novas? Different sizes and manufacturers if possible.

Thanks

LiL PiG Cowl Hood!

I replaced my stock hood, because someone wanted hood pins at the rear of the hood. I replaced it with a Cowl Hood, I think it does my LiL PiG! justice.

Vin 63, how much does that obstruct your vision in the car? Is your car a street car?

I do have to look around the scoop on right turns...it's not technically a street car.

Wow! Nice ride. That thing looks sweet. The thing I like about this is that the 2" cowl almost looks like it came stock. I am torn between the 2" and the 4" for that reason. Hopefully someone will post a 4" on here to put things in perspective. Cars looking great though!

heres a four inch bolt on.

the fit of this hood is really good, follows the fenders real good, fits the cowl area real good, even the windshield wipers just clear the lip of the hood.fit to the headlight bezels is good, and you can mount the front hood diecast no problem.the only thing is the hood needs to be a tad wider to close up the gap to the fenders on both sides.all and all iam happy with this purchase, and would buy from them again.

Thanks, Pearlz1! Here is the Harwood 6-inch cowl hood I mounted for Al (63 Pro). The hood is quite a bit heavier than my V**, but it was nice to work with because it was substantial when I was contouring the rear of the scope to fit tightly around the cowl-windshield transition.
