1967 nova rear tire size

Im putting on a pair of 15 X 7 rims with 3.5 back space on, what size tire should I put on? Car will be street/ drag. Wheel wells are rolled.

you need 4.5 back space 245/60/15 3.5 b.c you will have to run small tire

235 fits great with 4.5 back spacing and some have squeezed a 255 in the rear if the rear lip is gone or completely rolled up.The 3.5 back space wheels will only work if your rear axle is narrower than stock.This is how my car is,it has a rear 1 inch narrower each side.

just a quick question,

are the 70's 15x7 GM car rallys 3.5 or 4.5 BS.

i think 3.5 but cant remember

That's how I ran my 255/60/15.
