SoCal Taco run Las Barcas in Huntington Beach 6-19-10

The Camaro guys I hang with are doing another taco run. It's always a good time so I thought some Nova guys might like to join in. I'm making a run out from Phoenix to be there.

I took this from the Nastyz28 site:

Alright “Taco Crew”, this is a special two for the price of one here. First, this will be the new coming out party for our beloved Batman’s car. Due to unforeseen issues, Batman’s car was not able to make Las Barcas V so this will be the coming out meeting. Secondly, our very own So Cal Team Mom will be making the trip out here from Arizona. Yes you heard it right here folks! Knuckledragger (Dave) is coming to town.

The date will be Saturday June 19th. This is the date! Same deal as last time. If you can not show up or if too far away for you to travel lets keep that to yourself. Please note: Dave is coming from Arizona so whats really too far?

Since we do it every time, anyone interested in first meeting at the “Cruise to the Cruise” spot at Carl's Jr on Tustin Ave and La Palma (off the 91) In Anaheim at 10:00-10:15am. This will be at the Carls Jr at the 91 freeway and Tustin Ave Exit.

The Carls Jr. is located off the 91 freeway on Tustin Ave. and La Palma. There was a Home Expo there, a building owned by Fremont, a Taco Bell, metro link station and some other little shops. If you are coming via the 91 frwy from the 15 interstate going west you will exit at Tustin Ave, make a right and the plaza will be on your left hand side. If you are coming from Diamond Bar area just take the 57 frwy south to the 91 east. You will then take the Tustin Ave. exit, make a left and it will be the plaza on your left hand side. Hope this helps.

If you are heading directly to Las Barcas you can take the 405, 5, 22 or 91 freeway to Beach Blvd. Once you take Beach Blvd you want to go south towards the beach. The restaurant is on the corner of Beach Blvd and Atlanta, left hand side. I listed the website below.

Meet at Los Barcas at 11:15, eat around 12:00pm.

http://www.lasbarcas.com/.

And the thread is http://www.nastyz28.com/forum/showthread.php?t=180724

It would be nice not to be the only Nova in the crowd. A muscle car isn't required. We always have several guys who are still getting their rides running that show up just to hang out.

No 1st Gen's?
Will a Firebird be welcome? It is close to a Camaro. It has all Chevy running gear
Make sure you bump this to the top when it gets closer to the time for this cruise, so we don't forget.
