Should I paint it Chevy Orange?

I'm going to be replacing my headers and when they are out I was thinking about repainting the ZZ4 block. Its black now and I'm thinking about repainting it Chevy orange (not the heads cause they are aluminum). What do you guys think?

I guess Orange. i really don't like a plain black engine unless it corresponds with car color and the brackets are a different color. Thought about painting mine red, with silver or grey brackets sand black pullies.

my vote is orange. call me superstitious, but everytime we've tried to paint it a different color, we've had trouble out of those motors....

I say black just for the clean look and it blends in. Thats just my 2 Cents

Orange all the way! Your chrome is popping, but the block is almost invisible. The orange will make it pop. When I get around to pulling and rebuilding mine I'm losing the red and going with the Chevy Orange.

I would go with orange! Black is in my opinion.

orange for sure
